Wem’afrika saw the limelight on July 18, 2016 with the goal to connect Africa and Africans, drive sustainable development, and build peaceful coexistence. Founded by seven final year students of PAID-WA Buea, Cameroon, "Wem" means "Rise" in Douala, a wake-up call to the continent.
