The Conflict Management Department of Wem’Afrika is committed to preventing and resolving communal and societal conflicts through inclusive, participatory, and transformative approaches. We support organizations, institutions, and communities by providing capacity-building training, conflict resolution skills, and peacebuilding tools tailored to diverse contexts.

Addressing domestic disputes, gender-based violence, and intergenerational conflicts with trauma-informed and community-based mediation.

Working with affected communities to foster reconciliation, trust-building, and sustainable coexistence after conflict.

Conflict Mitigation across Africa.

Promoting cross-border peace dialogues, inter-ethnic collaboration, and regional partnerships to reduce violence and instability across the continent.
